Arrival and departure
- Please do not arrive prior to 2pm.
- Departure time is 10am – to allow house to be prepared for the next guest’s arrival.
Booking Conditions
- To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is to be paid with booking.
- The total is due 28 days prior to arrival. Cancellation prior to 90 days of arrival will get 100% refund.
- Cancellation prior to 28 days of arrival will incur 50% deposit being forfeited.
- Cancellation 28 to 14 days of arrival will incur 100% deposit being forfeited.
- Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will result in total cost being forfeited.
- All attempts will be made to rebook dates, if so amounts to be refunded.
- A refundable Security bond of $1000 is required; due 5 days prior to arrival.
- If you exceed booked numbers of people without authority you will be charged double rate extra person rate, which will be taken out of security deposit.

- February – November Minimum 3 Nights
- December – January – Minimum 4 Nights
- Easter – Minimum 4 nights
- SA School and Public Holidays Minimum 3 Nights
- Rates are based on 2 adults staying in the Master bedroom.
- Rates increase by $40 per night for each extra person
- Linen is supplied included in price
- Cleaning fee per Stay $180
