In addition to its wildlife, which includes koala bears, pelicans, and sea lions, Kangaroo Island has many national conservation parks.
Kelly Hill, one of the island’s most visited parks, offers beautiful views and hides an intricate cave system that you can explore. However, a trip to Kangaroo Island simply isn’t complete without a few days out at the beach.
Before you start planning your stay on Kangaroo Island, you ought to look for accommodation that will keep you and your pets comfortable by providing all the comforts of home.
Arrival and departure
- Please do not arrive prior to 2pm.(An earlier arrival time may be negotiated where possible.)
- Departure time is 10am – to allow White Sands to be prepared for the next guest’s arrival.
- Late checkout time may be negotiated where possible.)
Booking Conditions
- To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is to be paid with booking.
- The total is due 28 days prior to arrival. Cancellation prior to 90 days of arrival will get 100% refund.
- Cancellation prior to 28 days of arrival will incur 50% deposit being forfeited.
- Cancellation 28 to 14 days of arrival will incur 100% deposit being forfeited.
- Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will result in total cost being forfeited.
- All attempts will be made to rebook dates, if so amounts to be refunded.
- A refundable Security bond of $1000 is required; due 5 days prior to arrival.
- If you exceed booked numbers of people without authority you will be charged double rate extra person rate and double Linen charge, which will be taken out of security deposit.
Rates and fees
- February – November Minimum 3 Nights
- December – January Minimum 4 Nights
- Easter Minimum 4 nights
- SA School and Public Holidays Minimum 3 Nights
- Rates are based on 2 adults staying in the Master bedroom.
- Rates increase from $40 per night for each extra person
- Linen is supplied included in price
- Cleaning fee per Stay $180
